Who we are
Trades Data AI, Inc. operates tradesdata.ai and ddls.si. This policy describes how we handle personal information in our websites and services. Recording programs and dataset licensing also require separate agreements; creating an account does not authorize recording or dataset use.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, company and project details, messages, uploaded files, review responses and consent records. Recordings may contain people, hands and body movements, tools, work activities and site details, together with timestamps and device or site identifiers. Audio is processed only where the applicable recording program and permissions allow it. We also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, authentication events and service logs.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your basic profile information, including your name, email address and profile image. We use it to authenticate you and manage your account. Google sign-in does not give us access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure accounts, manage projects and recording permissions, process authorized recordings, provide reviews and reports, respond to requests and meet our obligations. Authorized processing may include de-identification, AI-assisted review, and deriving motion, object or scene information for robotics and AI datasets. Commercial licensing of de-identified datasets is governed by separate contributor, site and customer agreements.
Service providers and sharing
DigitalOcean hosts our applications and database; Cloudflare provides DNS, email routing and object storage; Clerk provides account authentication. Google processes information when you use Google sign-in. Where enabled for an authorized workflow, Google or Anthropic may process content for AI-assisted analysis, DocuSeal may process signing information, and Stripe may process payment information. We share project information, reports or datasets with authorized participants and customers only for the applicable service and permitted uses. We may disclose information to comply with legal requirements or protect rights and security.
Recordings and your choices
Recording participation and permitted uses are explained in the agreement for your program. Those terms address review, removal of identifying details, withdrawal and treatment of datasets already delivered. Contact us to report footage that should not have been recorded or to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal. We assess requests under the applicable agreement and law. Account sign-in is not recording consent.
Retention
We retain personal information for the purposes described here, taking account of the service provided, applicable recording agreements, legal obligations and dispute-resolution needs. Recording-specific retention and withdrawal deadlines are set out in the applicable agreement. We do not promise that deleting an account automatically recalls previously delivered datasets. Contact us for the retention terms that apply to your information.
Cookies and security
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, session management and security. Our sites do not currently use advertising trackers. We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live.
Children
Our recording programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly solicit recording participation from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the service.
